These bags were created by the artist Joan Rader. Joan is completely blind. Joan created these when she still had some limited vision, but was legally blind. Joan used recycled t-shirts and sweatshirts to create these bags, thus she calls then Tee Bags. Proceeds from the sales go back to Joan.
